The session is designed for your tapering, by releasing extra tension in the body and/or possibly increasing flexibility. It will help to give you a psychological edge that reduces some of your race day anxiety. For best results schedule 3-4 days before event.

Available in 90, 60 minute sessions.

 

Post Event Sports Massage:

The session will focus on releasing toxins, reducing inflammation and easing soreness in muscles and joints that occurs during your sports activities. This massage will help speed recovery, so you can return to training a little quicker. For best results get a massage within 6 hrs after event. Also good for maintenance program and post training recovery days.
